TRY 5 PROGRAM
- Get Pumped
Pick out 5 frames that are as cool as you are, and ask us to send them to you. We'll pack and FedEx them right away!
- Try the 5 Frames
For the next 5 days, they're yours to enjoy. Decide which pair (or pairs) makes you look like a rock star. Wear them to work or school. Or show them off at a restaurant or party. It's up to you.
- Get Social
Shoot photos of you wearing your new glasses. Post them to our Facebook page and ask Benji for some free advice.
- Return the Frames
Take 5 minutes and pack them in their original shipping box. Put the return label over the old one. Then, schedule a pick-up or drop them off at any FedEx location.
- Get Your Own Pair!
Now, go back online and order the frames you loved best. Just give us your prescription and we'll do the rest. Then, get ready to get pumped all over again!
TRY 5 FAQ
How does Try 5 work?
It’s super simple. Just click the “Try5 at home” button on the detail page of the frames you're looking at. When you've found 5 frames you want to try, check out. The 5 frames you've selected will be on their way to your doorstep as soon as humanly possible. Then, try them for 5 days at no cost to you. After your 5-day free trial, place the frames back into the box they came in. Put them in the white shipping box, apply the return shipping label and either schedule a home pick up or drop them off at your nearest FedEx location. Now wasn't that quick and easy?
Why do I have to give you my credit card information if your Try 5 program is free?
The Try 5 is totally free. However for security reasons, we request that you give us your credit card information so we can put a temporary hold for $1 on it. When we get the 5 frames back, we’ll remove the $1 credit hold. But if you decide to keep the 5 frames after 5 days, we’ll charge your card the full price of the frames minus the lenses (which runs at $90 per frame).
Is Try 5 available in Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?
Unfortunately, our Try 5 program is only available in the 48 contiguous states. But check back with us later for any future updates.
However, there are some things you can do to gauge whether our glasses will work for you:
First, check out our Virtual Try-On and see how you might look wearing our glasses.
Next, measure your current glasses and compare these measurements against those of the frames you like the best. By doing this, you should have a good idea of how our frames might work for you. By the way, if you order a pair and you’re not 100% satisfied, simply return them. Every pair of Benji Franks comes with a 30-day return or exchange policy.
Can I select any frame for my Try 5?
Almost! As of now, we only offer optical eyeglasses frames in our Try 5 Program. So our sunglasses are unavailable. But note, due to the high demand and a product going out of stock, we might also be forced to restrict a pair from the Try 5 program at a later date.
I really love a frame that I got in my Try 5, can I keep them?
We’d prefer if you didn’t. After all, wouldn’t you rather have your own brand new pair with your prescription lenses in them? Ordering your own pair is super easy and we promise, they will look and fit just like the ones in the Try 5 program.
